Main ResponsibilitiesSystem Configuration and Customization:
- Oversee the configuration and customization of the system to align with business processes and requirements.
- Work closely with internal IT or external partners to configure modules, workflows, and reporting structures.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the configured modules.
User Training and Change Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for end-users on the Finance and Sales modules of the system.
- Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of the new system, addressing user concerns and resistance.
Data Migration and Integration:
- Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring the accurate transfer of financial and sales data from legacy systems to the platform.
- Establish data integration protocols between the system and other relevant systems or applications.
Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
- Implement quality assurance measures to monitor and evaluate the performance of the system against predefined metrics and benchmarks.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation process, proactively addressing issues to minimize disruptions.
Post-Implementation Support and Optimization:
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users following the system's launch.
- Continuously assess system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Regular reporting:
- Provide regular updates to the Management team in France on project progress, key milestones, and any potential risks or issues.
- Facilitate decision-making processes by providing relevant data, insights, and recommendations to the Management team.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, ERP) preferred.
- Proven experience managing digital projects, particularly ERP implementations, preferably in finance and sales domains.
- Strong understanding of systems, processes, and best practices, with expertise in Finance and Sales modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Familiarity with data migration, integration, and quality assurance processes in ERP projects.
- Proficient in English communication; fluent in French communication is a big plus.
