Job purpose:
Event Account Manager position is to oversee the successful planning and execution of events while building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Responsibility:
Client Services & Project Management:
- Be in charge of client services from planning to execution and follow up.
- Work with Planning & Creative team to develop new business proposals.
- Take the role as a Project Leader to manage the whole project and allocate tasks to the project team.
- Manage quotation, pre-cost, post-cost of projects to achieve the business target.
- Maintain and develop good relationships with suppliers, talents and freelancers.
Team Management:
- Be responsible for career development of team members.
- Guide and ensure team members to follow company policy and regulations.
- Report and align the work flow with Head of Department.
- Other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
Qualification/Requirement:
- Minimum 3 year experience as an Account Manager in Event & Activation
- Customer Service mindset.
- Good project management skill.
- Excellent problem-solving skill.
- Ability to pay close attention to details.
- Excellent interpersonal skill & leadership.
- Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
- Good appearance, extroverted, sociable, sharp, with strong analytical, adaptability, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently, able to handle high pressure, and willing to travel for work.
- Knowledge of exhibitions, events, or one of these fields is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills are a plus
