Position: Event Coordinator
- Type: Full Time
- Reporting Line: Marketing Supervisor
- Working Hours: 10am - 6pm, Mon - Fri
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing supervisor to achieve marketing objectives by contributing innovative ideas and assisting in planning marketing activities.
- Conduct Event & Campaign research, planning, development, and implementation of events and campaigns within budget to promote the company's products in alignment with the overall strategy, positioning, and target audience.
- Manage all aspects of event organization, including creation of marketing materials, event messaging, vendor relations, accommodations, registration, on-site set-up, etc.
- Create compelling content for campaign materials, idea proposals, action plans, and other related marketing materials.
- Generate and nurture new event leads, managing them within the CRM database.
- Contact suppliers to collect quotations and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Cost management, contribute to budget planning, monitor ongoing spend, and strive for the best possible return on investment (ROI) for events.
- Cross-departmental coordination, coordinating with the digital marketing team, product team, and others to promote and execute all marketing events through company channels.
- Prepare post-event reports, including photo reports, performance reports, surveys, and collect feedback from customers.
- Manage merchandising inventory and production, including marketing assets such as brochures, catalogs, flyers, gift sets, etc.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the marketing supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or other relevant majors
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing and event management, either in an agency or brand.
- Experience in event or activation planning, execution, and management with proven ability.
- Outstanding communication and cross-department coordination skills.
- Strong relationships with production suppliers are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently, delivering high-quality results.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in graphic design with Canva or AI is a plus.
