EV Search's client - A leading developer of integrated industrial estates in Southeast Asia which provides comprehensive infrastructure and services to support diverse industries - is on the hunt for talented Expat Sales Specialists (CN/TW/KR). The role focuses on building relationships, promoting sales, and facilitating transactions with investors while ensuring smooth licensing processes and debt collection for industrial park projects.
Location: Long Thanh, Dong Nai / Ha Long, Quang Ninh (Shuttle bus provided)
Responsibilities
Networking:
- External: Maintain relationships and get inquiries or market information promptly with related parties such as Authorities, Agencies, Consulting Firms, Banks, Contractors, etc.
- Internal: Work with departments, collect documents and information on construction progress and project status to answer customers.
Sales Promotion:
- Organize or participate in events held by business associations, agents, and government (e.g., FIA/MPI, QEZA, IPA, Associations, Chambers of Commerce, etc.).
Sales Deals:
- Conduct transactions and negotiate with customers according to approved sales policies and strategies.
Licensing:
- Assist investors and guide consultants to ensure smooth and timely processing of IRC/ERC applications.
Status Reporting:
- Regularly update and report to the Direct Manager on the status of client negotiations.
Debt Collection:
- Contact tenants with outstanding payments and press for payment.
Other Tasks:
- Perform tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, economics, commerce, languages, or related majors.
- Experience in real estate, industrial parks, and networking with authorities is preferred.
- CN/KR/TW only (to align with the backgrounds of client companies/customers from these countries).
- English proficiency with good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willing to travel for business trips and attend social events with customers/partners.
Benefits:
- Salary range: USD 2.000 - 3.000
- Working time: 8:00 16:30, Monday - Saturday (Work-from-home policy available for Saturday if approved)
