Responsibilities
Manage development of system and project, ensure development follows SDLC and align with bank wide architect (infrastructure, security, application, data, integration), manage vendor/partner and plan. Manage the change request from beginning to implementation (mini-PM for change request):
-Study, analyze new banking products, banking processes, focus on specific domain, such as Finance services etc
-Study and propose the solution to meet business requirements as well as the estimation time need to do.
-Provide BRD, SRS within timeline committed with business units and other departments.
-Participate in the dedicated projects at a given time, fulfill project requirements in a timely and good-quality manner.
-Understand and analyze the application's capability of Operation, IT & FIN division service, such as CSP, CSC, FMS-NVKQ, Jira, Confluence, AGD-Cisco, SINNOVA-PM, CASDM etc.
-Identify and make Business processes/rules clearly and identify which business rules can be utilized on the system and make it understandable for developers to implement.
-Consult, support end-users, business units with incidents/requests regarding business processes which have been implemented.
-Provide internal training, guidelines for other members in the department or team about capabilities of systems.
Support for budget planning and expense monitoring, cost optimization. Manage and design process, policy to improve service quality, reduce operation cost and time.
Collaborate within IT division and partners to align with bank strategic to improve productivity in the bank.
Do other duties as assigned by the manager and director.
Qualifications
1.Trnh Hc vn/ Educational Qualifications
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience, is required
2.Cc Kinh nghim lin quan/ Relevant Experience
Experience in a particular banking domain for at least 7 - 9 years.
Experience in project management for at least 3- 5 years.
Being able to understand and catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in banking domain.
Understand how to write a BRD/SRS for Banking Products/processes.
Experience in using case tools for analyzing and modeling.
Working in banking domain systems (such as Bank products CSP, Workflow SP, ICS, CSC, FMS_NVKQ, Jira, Confluence, SINNOVA-PM, etc...)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
An in depth understanding of the software and application your customers/employees are using
