*Job description
1. Manage information posted on B2B forums.
- Plan and be responsible for posting Company and product information on B2B forums.
2. Search and transact with customers who want to buy products on forums.
- Manage & screen inquiry letters.
- Return online inquiries.
- Actively search and contact customers who want to buy products at forums or similar information channels.
3. Analyze, report, and optimize PNJ booth on the forum.
- Market research, search trends, competitors on B2B forums.
- Make suggestions and adjustments to increase the likelihood of customers finding PNJ products on forums.
- Periodically report weekly and monthly to superiors on carried out activities, progress and results.
4. Participate in training courses and update knowledge.
- Participate in training courses, update knowledge and apply trained knowledge to work effectively.
5. Participate in foreign fairs.
- Contact with customers at the fair: provide on-site information, receive orders at the fair, record customer requests to provide after the fair as assigned by the Export Marketing Group Manager.
- Carry out marketing work before and after fairs, and prepare goods as assigned by the Export Marketing Team Manager.
