To manage the sale operations of F&B Department by ensuring product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to all hotel guests according to the hotel's business objectives. He/ She has as key objectives the continuous improvement and operational implementation of the Guest Experience and online reputation of the hotel by monitoring daily experience performance and Guest feedback, representing the Guest within the hotel and supporting FB on achieving positive results and Guest Experience targets. She/he will ensure full compliance of the Brand Assurance Program at the property, the implementation and follow-up of brand essentials (standards) and quality programs.
Responsibilities
- To promote event & group bookings in the F&B outlets of Novotel Thai Ha
- Generate revenue for both hotel F&B outlets through execution of actions outlined in the departmental marketing plan
- Assist to promote & convert business enquiries for F&B outlets above effectively and handling special projects.
- Develop new accounts through pro-active prospecting efforts
- Site inspection of both F&B Outlets, including hotel facilities
- Prompt response to all forms of inquiries to capture additional market share
- Sales & Marketing support for Festive Sales & Special Project
- Effectively communicate with clients and colleagues working closely with all stakeholders
- Follow up and confirm with clients on all information pertaining to the events and to organize information for accurate turnover once account turns definite
- Support the overall F&B operation to maximize guest satisfaction
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintains relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the group sales manager, or Company management.
Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years in guest services preferred
- Experience in 5 stars Hotel (F&B section) is preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English, a third language will be an advantage
- Passion for people and for best-in-class service
