Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Department.
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Plan, implement and monitor prevention/ remediation maintenance and operation of facility equipment (electrical systems, lighting, welding machines, air compressors, fire extinguishers...)
- Supervise the Facilities Maintenance team: check, monitor and troubleshoot all equipment of the facility to operate smoothly and safely 24/7.
- Discuss/coordinate with the power company on issues related to electricity supply.
- Monitor, analyze and control Electricity and Water consumption.
- Monitor safety and environment of all working areas of Engineering Department.
- Prepare incident analysis reports and facility equipment survey reports.
- Prepare annual facilities maintenance budget and control costs during operations.

Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills
- Experience requirement: At least 3 years experience in managing and organizing M&R high/low voltage power system.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, electricity industry/ electricity transmission and distribution
- Good in Microsoft Office.
- Good health, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure.
- Having knowledge of port/ terminal equipments is a plus
