In this role, you'll be our go-to guy when it comes to managing our site's daily operations and technical issues, providing effective solutions whenever difficulties arise. Are you well-versed in workplace safety As we'll rely on you to develop and carry out an elaborate preventative program for managing sites. You'll also make sure that all essential site activitiesincluding the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and equipmentare performed in a safe and efficient manner; complying with policies and requirements set out by the government, our client and our own management teams. Your expertise in critical environment procedures may also help.

Working as part of a larger team, you will be involved in ensuring all key performance indicators are met, as set out in the management contract.
Championing Improvement
This will involve working closely with our vendors, coordinating with them on a variety of projectsfrom beginning to end. You'll see to it that our vendors are managed accordingly, and that technical and safety audits and repairs are in sync with the projects timeline.
Putting best practices in place
Do you like sharing ideas to improve the work process As our facilities engineer, you'll contribute to the creation of engineering service delivery standards. You'll also help in the planning, implementation and review of site-specific processes and protocols.
Teamwork should also be one of your strongest points, as you'll work with a team to ensure that all performance targets set out in the contract are being met. To do this, you'll develop tools that help measure the technical team's performance on a quarterly or annual basis.

Basic Job Description:
- Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance on building and facility equipment, including kitchen appliances, caf equipment, sliding doors, swing doors, roller shutters, push doors, dock levelers, scissor lifts, airbag lifts, water pumps, smart bike parking systems, water purifiers, solar equipment and other devices essential to employee services.
- Responsible for on-demand projects that related to building repairing, building renovation, equipment renovation.
- Respond promptly to address daily maintenance issues within the building.
- Prepare /update drawings and related documentation as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems.
Education/Experience:
- Graduated from technical university.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in refrigeration equipment repair will be an advantage.
- 2-year experience up

- Candidates who are proficient in AutoCAD will stand out.
