Job Description
To report to the Business Director / Principal, in person, at the beginning and end of each day, to update him/her on high priority jobs, medium term needs and long-term planning.
To organise and oversee the admin staff (Admin Assistant, Bus Coordinator) and all support staff (guards, cleaners, drivers, gardeners, messenger) at campus.
To bring to the attention of the Business Director/Principal any issue pertaining to staff not fulfilling their required jobs and duties.
Ensure the smooth running of the campus office area in terms of monitoring services and specific assigned jobs are being executed efficiently and effectively by the admin and support staff.
Organise and ensure the school bus service is run efficiently.
Oversee and be responsible for the organisation of support staff for any school and public performances at campus i. e, the setting up of chairs, stage, PA and technical equipment.
Ordering resources for campus through the school system.
Running daily checks i.e. walking around the school campus to check health and safety, maintenance and security.
Liaising with BIS maintenance group to ensure the campus is maintained at a high standard;
Keeping up to date and accurate records of maintenance and order requests.
Liaise with Human Resources Department to maintain and implement the school regulations/rules for local support staff at campus.
Others as assigned by Business Director / Principal.
All assigned tasks related to PO, payment in time.
Follow up these tasks strictly in time and effectively.
