Factory Director

This is a full-time on-site role as Factory Director at RSI in Nam Dinh, Vietnam. The Factory Director will oversee and manage all aspects of production planning, production management, quality management, team management, and manufacturing operations. The Factory Director will communicate regularly with other departments and upper management to ensure that production runs efficiently and smoothly, meeting quality and quantity targets, and identifying areas for improvement and streamlining.
