Key Responsibilities
Manage QC team
- Arrange QC staff properly to ensure QC activities run smoothly at all sections during production. Control overtime, annual leave & performance of QC team, lab technician./ Sp xp nhn s trong i QC hp l, m bo cc hot ng kim tra cht lng din ra sun s ti cc cng on trong qu trnh sn xut. Kim sot thi gian tng ca, php nm v hiu qu cng vic ca nhn vin QC v k thut vin phng th nghim.
- Supervise QC staff and lab technician in maintaining a clean and well-organized work area; / Gim st nhn vin QC v k thut vin phng lab m bo khu vc lm vic sch s v gn gng;
- Evaluate performance of QC staff yearly. / nh gi hiu qu cng vic ca nhn vin QC hng nm.
Ensure Food safety & quality requirements
- Establish & review documents related to QC function (WI, SOP, record). / Son tho v cp nht cc ti liu qun l cht lng (biu mu, SOP, WI).
- Conduct training for QC team proper in quality control techniques and adherence to SOPs;/ o to i QC thc hin ng cc thao tc, k thut kim tra cht lng, bm st theo SOPs;
- Ensure QC team following SOP on checking & testing from material to FGs. / m bo i QC ly mu v kim tra t nguyn liu n thnh phm ng theo SOP.
- Recommend, as appropriate, the suspension of raw material, semi-product, products or the release of product when quality standards are not achieved;/ Nu thch hp, xut ngng s dng nguyn liu, bn thnh phm, thnh phm hoc xut hng khi cc tiu chun cht lng khng c p ng;
- Manage QC document control, review and approve daily;/ Qun l, cp nht v ph duyt cc loi h s ca QC hng ngy;
- Ensure all activities of laboratory run smoothly. / m bo cc hot ng ca phng lab din ra bnh thng.
- Conduct training in product quality if required./ Thc hin o to v cht lng sn phm khi c yu cu.
- Participate in GMP, production sanitation and safety throughout manufacturing process and issue the corrective action plan to correct any identified non-conformities;/ Tham gia nh gi GMP, v sinh v an ton trong qu trnh SX v thit lp cc hnh ng khc phc sa cha cc im khng ph hp;
- Support in identifying root-cause & corrective, preventive action for customer complaint, quality issue / H tr tm ra nguyn nhn gc, xut hnh ng khc phc phng nga cho cc khiu ni khch hng hay cc vn v cht lng
- Support factory in ensuring that food safety systems run smoothly & meet standard./ H tr nh my m bo h thng ATTP vn hnh trn tru v p ng cc tiu chun.
- Responsible for Pest control in factory: monitor/evaluate Pest control service monthly. Support in identifying root-cause and proposing solution for improvement in terms of insect issue. /Chu trch nhim kim sot ng vt gy hi nh my: gim st v nh gi dch v kim sot ng vt gy hi hng thng. H tr tm nguyn nhn, xut gii php ci thin cc vn v cn trng.
- Monitor & follow up with 3rd parties about sampling & analysis result./ Gim st v theo di vic ly mu v kt qu phn tch ca bn th ba.
Others
- Support relevant departments about project in factory./ H tr d n ca cc phng ban lin quan trong nh my.
- Other duties as assigned by direct manager./ Thc hin cc nhim v khc theo yu cu ca qun l trc tip.
Reporting
- Daily, weekly, monthly report, / Bo co hng ngy, tun, thng
- Other report as requested by QAM. /Cc bo co khc theo yu cu ca QAM.
Requirements
- Graduated from college or above (University degree is an advantage) and having at least 2 years of experience in related industry or with related products. /Tt nghip cao ng tr ln (bng i hc l mt li th) v c t nht 2 nm kinh nghim trong ngnh hoc sn phm lin quan.
- Proficient of Microsoft office tools: Word, Excel, Power point. /Thnh tho cc cng c Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Understand HACCP/ BRC/ IFS/ FSSC 22000/ HALAL/ Kosher or relevant systems. /C kin thc v HACCP/ BRC/ IFS/ FSSC 22000/ HALAL/ Kosher hoc cc h thng lin quan.
- Able to communicate, read & write in English/ C kh nng giao tip, c v vit ting Anh.
