DHY Fashion owns 2 high-end fashion brands DANGHAIYEN & SILME, striving to go global in 2030. We are hunting fashion enthusiast talents to join our Brand team. We're excited to kick off several projects for DANGHAIYEN & SILME brands this year 2024.

1/ FASHION CONTENT CREATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Development

  • Develop content for social media channels, websites, and the entire content ecosystem
  • Generate ideas and propose effective approaches to promote new collections, branding activities
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual elements align with the content strategy
  • Proactively up-to-date trends and platforms to upgrade the content strategy

Social Media Management

  • Manage content plan and calendar to ensure the frequency and performance of social posts
  • Track content performance metrics and recommend improvements

Branding Campaign Management

  • Set up masterplan for branding projects (online campaigns, offline events and activities)
  • Oversee the project execution, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to get the project done within timeline and budget.
  • In charge of other essential materials for campaigns such as proposals, presentations, articles...

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Communications/Marketing or related discipline
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in content marketing and branding in the Fashion industry
  • Excellent writing skills with a creative and engaging style.
  • Experience in writing scripts for videos is a plus
  • An eye for detail, ensuring high-quality textual and visual content.
  • Able to manage projects and timelines
  • Effective communication and organizational skills

2/ GRAPHIC DESIGNER

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design Online & Offline Materials

  • Generate visualization ideas and graphic designs from briefs for social media channels, websites, E-commerce and other offline touchpoints to align with our brand identity and resonate with our audiences
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure visual elements align with the content strategy
  • Proactively up-to-date trends to to upgrade the brand's online presence
  • Oversee the performance of online posts and the effectiveness of offline assets to evaluate the effectiveness of graphic outputs, proposing new approaches and tactics for better designs

Branding Campaign

  • Lead the development of visual concepts for all branding projects from brainstorming ideas to the final designs
  • In charge of essential design materials for campaigns such as key visuals, proposals, presentations
  • Contribute ideas for branding campaigns and take part in organizing offline branding events

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in designing Advertising / Promotional Items / POSM / Packaging and other marketing and branding materials
  • Great skills in Photoshop, AI, Indesign, 2D Drawing
  • A deep understanding of the fashion industry
  • Have a good sense of graphics, colors and a keen eye for details
  • Effective communication and teamwork

3/ KOL MANAGEMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES

KOL Planning

  • Set up plan for KOLs activities to deliver KPIs of branding campaigns and business targets
  • Lead KOL campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Propose KOL lists, budgets and content angles, ensuring that aligns with brand's objectives
  • Review KOL performance to optimize costs and KOL selections for the next projects

KOL Booking

  • In charge of booking KOLs from presenting briefs, signing contracts, developing content and visuals to final posts
  • Monitor KOL performance and take action to achieve the best outcomes
  • Solve all problems during cooperation as the representative of brand

KOL Relation

  • Responsible for maintaining the relationship between Celebs/KOLs/KOCs and our brand.
  • Expand Celebs/KOLs/KOCs networks to leverage the brand's exposure
  • Generate initiatives and organize networking events that connect our brand with potential Celebs/KOLs/KOCs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in KOL Management
  • Proven records for strong Celeb/KOL/KOC networks and contacts
  • A keen understanding of the fashion industry
  • A good sense of creative content, attention to details
  • Strong internal and external communication skill
  • Able to solve problems quick and effectively

4/ PHOTOGRAPHER & VIDEOGRAPHER

RESPONSIBILITIES

Shooting Planning

  • Set up shooting plan including shooting ideas and concepts, talents, moodboards and scripts
  • Propose and manage budget, ensuring to deliver effective products with the appropriate costs
  • Work with internal and external partners to prepare logistics for shooting

Fashion Photos & Videos Production

  • Lead the production process, giving direction that follow brand identity and targets
  • Directly work with talents and other production crew to deliver shooting plan and scripts
  • Solve all problems during on-set time

Photos & Videos Edit

  • In charge of retouching photos and editing videos
  • Work closely with the content team to make sure the outputs meet the communication objectives and visual mood and tone
  • Update trending formats to upgrade the quality of brand's photo and video

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Fashion Photographer/Videographer/Creative Director
  • A strong portfolio with edited photos and videos for Fashion projects
  • Producer skill is a plus
  • A deep knowledge and broad network with Models, Celebs & Fashion Influencers
  • A good sense of creative photography and videography
  • Good communication and problem solving skill

5/ FULL-TIME MODEL

RESPONSIBILITIES

Fashion Model

  • Present in the lookbook, street style and editorial photos as the brand's exclusive Model
  • Join in daily shooting at in-house studio to produce photo and video materials for the brand's communication
  • Work closely with photographer & videographer to build effective shooting ideas and concepts
  • Be a catwalk model in brand's fashion shows

Brand Ambassador

  • Prepare content and visuals to promote for our brand's collections and campaigns
  • Spread news and informations as a Brand Ambassador
  • Show up at events or interviews with the Brand's representative to response external concerns about our brand

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A modern and fashionable looking with the height from 1m60
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working as a Model in the Fashion industry with a strong portfolio
  • A keen understanding of local and international fashion brands
  • A good sense of creative ideas
  • Professional and proactive
  • Good teamwork
  • Eager to learn and striving for excellence
