Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or ACCA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in financial reporting, cost management, and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax laws and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop accounting teams.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
