Position: Finance Assistant Manager

Working location: Office in District 3, HCMC

Main tasks:

1. Direct involve & supervise full scope of operation taxation

• Review, confirm for taxes calculation, declaration & reconciliation: VAT, CIT, PIT, WHT
• Manage e.invoice; e.document to conform with e.invoice & e.document regulations
• Handle tax related training
• Connect with Depts/Divisions for tax problem solving

2. Supervise AR area

• Review, set up credit limit; credit term by customer
• Control promotion related activities:

+ PNS program following with Sale, MKT

+ Registration program with DoIT

+ Promotion calculation & invoice

+ Collection bonus

3. Responsible for connection/collaboration on FS preparing (both VAS & IFRS)

4. Coordinate to build SOP, Process relating to Finance; Key stakeholder for finance relevant systems

• ERP implementation
• Monthly tax auto retrieving invoice's data (input, output); calculating; reconciliation
• Bad debt provision and inventory provision automation processes
• AR auto clearing and accounting process (RPA)
• AP RPA
• T&E payment process
• E.document system (e.form - e.process - e.filling & controlling)
• Fixed assets accounting & management system
• Procurement control system (e.gARIBA)

5. Key person in charge for driving the periodically internal audit

What we are looking for:

• In-depth knowledge and strong experience in practice of accounting & tax
• Logical, systematical mindset and automation thinking
• Strong of Interpersonal; Communication; Team coordination and detailed-oriented skills
• Minimum of two years relevant work experience in finance at manager level
• Self-driven with a solution-oriented approach
• Ability to train and supervise others
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
• Proven track record of successful project management from start to finish

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• MBA or other advanced degree in business or finance
• Working knowledge of SAP
