Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Controller at LIMIX IT Solutions in Bangkok, Thailand.
(All of the relocation cost will be sponsored by the client)
- Manage, control, and evaluate the effectiveness of various types of costs within the organization.
- Analyze the effectiveness of investments and the procurement of fixed assets.
- Manage budgets for various costs, comparing actual performance against plans.
- Participate in and propose mechanisms for planning, as well as tools for cost evaluation and recording.
- Contribute to and propose ideas for the development and management of the management reporting system.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting & Auditing, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Management Accounting.
- Preference for candidates with professional certifications in Finance or Accounting, such as CMA (Level 2), CFA (Level 2), etc.
- Experience working in companies with over 500 employees is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to learn and stay updated on market information.
- Goal-setting, monitoring, and tracking progress effectively.
- Proficiency in English communication; advanced skills in Google Sheet.
- Dynamic, creative, and adaptable under high pressure.
- Strong systematization, planning, and analytical thinking.
- Excellent observation, analysis, and synthesis abilities.
