Job Summary

You will be responsible for monitoring the company&aposs income, expenses, and investments. These activities will require you to create and evaluate financial reports, including cash flow statements. A finance executive is also responsible for managing budgets, planning taxes, and ensuring due diligence.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Handling payment process, ensure all related accounting documents checked, filed and maintained in compliance with requirements from Head Office & local regulations.
• Everyday, getting payment requests, checking and verify all documents, ensure follow to local regulations and internal requirement
• Making bank transfer in SCB, ensure all payments are paid on time, submit payment requests to get approval from HQ and send necessary documents to the bank for completion.
• Check and control new vendor codes in SCB.
• Do control cash flow, making cash forecast and cash actual reports by weekly and monthly
• Reconcile bank balances at the end of month and confirm balance at the end of fiscal year for audit
• Booking GL accounts, provision, prepayment, , control provision, prepayment and clearance at the month end
• Filling all payment documents as company requirement.
• Provide documents to internal, external audit as requested.
• Do in contact with bank staffs and submit necessary documents to the bank if any
• Other jobs are assigned by the finance manager.
• Control the revenue, do reconcile revenue recording with custom declaration & invoices to make sure record properly.
• Control AR, aging, limit credit & collection.
• Do budget & outlook AR base on sales plan.
• Fixed asset & capex control and recording
• Tax declaration & settlement.
• Deal with, customers, auditor, Authorities, and others all issues related to sales, AR, FA issue.
• Other jobs are assigned by finance manager

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in accounting or related field
• 3-year experiences in Accountant position (prefer to Sales & Fix asset accountant experience)
• Good at English
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
