About The Programs
Schneider Internship Program offers a

Job Description
- Execute month end activities including: Orders, Sales, GM, SFC and Margin on Inventory Calculation
- Consolidate report of final MOSR and estimated P&L on WD4/WD6 P&L Estimation
- Support to perform Order, Sales and Gross Margin analysis using Analysis of Change model (Volume, Price, Mix, FX and GSC contribution)
- Participate in the Quarterly Rolling Forecast process including (Calendar, P&L consolidation, Analysis of Change, Review Meetings and Submission in the tools)
- Assist on SFC forecast and actual tracking compared to Rolling Forecast to make sure on track of targets and driving actions for any deviation
- Coordinate quarterly backlog review
- Perform ad-hoc analyses required that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendations.

Qualifications
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service driven
- High energy individual that is proactive, cooperative, results oriented and customer focused
- Ability and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Relish dealing with ambiguity and can work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of problem solving and process improvement
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other math intensive discipline
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables, lookup functions, graphing, macros)
- Advanced PowerPoint skills (including preparation, delivering message with value-add)
