Finance Manager

Location: Bien Hoa

Job Description

Be a strategic partner to the business leaders by providing financial insight and support to drive business growth and profitability.

Lead and control all financial activities within Company, from budgeting, forecasting, review process, and reports

Analysis of financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Monitor and control the financial performance of the business, identify areas of risk, proposing solutions to mitigate those risks.

Provide financial support and analysis for business initiatives, including project investments, customer credits, network planning, partnerships, cost savings, productivity...

Proactive for continuous process efficiency to support fast-paced business needs.

Overlook and manage accounting team and activities in precise and timely manners

Required qualification

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Required working experience

5 years of experience as Finance Manager for Manufacturing & Trading Company. (Experience in Big 4 accounting firms is an advanced)

Working experience with relevant software (e.g. SAP MM)

Experiences in working with cross-functionals and communicating with senior leaders.

Required language

Fluent in English and Vietnamese (Speaking/ writing/ listening& daily communication)

Required knowledge and skills

Excellent knowledge of financial management obligations, especially statutory accounting/financial obligations and requirements

Be an analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.

Good at presenting financial topics to non-financials.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in financial planning software such as Microsoft Excel and SAP.

PC skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI
