Finance Manager (Real Estate)

The Nam Khang is urgently looking for experienced candidates for Finance Manager position.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager (Real Estate) at DatVietVAC Group Holdings in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations related to real estate projects, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. They will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the financial stability and success of real estate projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, accounting, or related field
• Strong knowledge of real estate financial management and investment analysis
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different departments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial software and systems
• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
