Finance Specialist

Main Responsibility:

• Responsible for preparing online banking orders and documents, and registering bank statements in a timely manner;
• Responsible for invoicing, organizing original receipts, and keeping accounts;
• Responsible for checking warehouse and logistics costs at the beginning of each month, and keeping accounts;
• Print bank statements by the end of each month to check the bank balance, to ensure that the account is consistent;
• Complete invoicing orders from various marketplaces, organize data and keep accounts;
• Complete the customs goods into the warehouse, out of the warehouse, and other related matters;
• Docking account bank, responsible for organizing, binding, and filing bookkeeping vouchers;
• Responsible for docking local financial audits on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to complete the tax application matters;
• Any ad-hoc work needed or requested by the team.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or above, with an accounting or financial management-related major;
• 3 - 4 years of working experience; Related experiences in E-commerce are a plus;
• Familiar with local accounting software and office applications;
• Conscientious and careful, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit; Shows good Initiatives;
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English; Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
• Location: Nguyen Van Troi st., Phu Nhuan Ward, HCMC
• Working time: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
