ROLE DESCRIPTION
EARABLE is currently seeking a graphic designer with at least a year of experience, can work remotely. The ideal candidate will have expertise in video, podcast editing, media post editing, photo editing, and creating short viral videos for social media channels such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and design various materials for digital and print that convey accurate messaging for the project.
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product.
- Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
- Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more expressive graphics for the company.
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
- Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
- Implement feedback and changes whenever possible.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of a year of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, using online editing App to support your work
- Strong background in design theory, hands-on skills in both print and digital media, and social design (especially Facebook ads).
- Understanding of the basic video/image production process to manage the filming/photography contractor/work with the producer if necessary.
- Attention to detail.
