Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Office Manager at YOKO ONSEN QUANG HANH located in Quang Hanh, Cam Pha, Quang Ninh. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The Front Office Manager will handle front office tasks such as managing reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and inquiries, and will also be responsible for communication and coordination with other departments.

• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred
