Full Stack Developer (Working location: Dubai, Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Product team to understand customer needs and convert them into scalable, user-friendly web applications.
• Design and develop high-performance, reliable systems while continuously optimizing code for efficiency.
• Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system stability, scalability, and optimal performance.
• Lead the development of new projects and services, driving innovation and technical growth.
• Participate in incident management and post-mortem processes, ensuring the ongoing reliability and performance of our products.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Backend Developer with expertise in Java, PHP and ReactJS (E-commerce, Crypto, Finance, or Banking industries)
• Advanced skills in technologies such as Redis, MongoDB, Elastic Search, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Linux command-line tools.
• Proficient in data formats including JSON, Protocol Buffers, binary, and bytearrays.
• Strong ability to tune application performance and optimize system operations.
• Solid experience with backend development, particularly working with microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and design scalable systems.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
