Responsibilities
- Design and build a marketplace for tech talent and recruiters everywhere in the world (new product)
- Participate in hiring and building the technical team (new team)
- Participate in defining and improving the product
- Work closely with the entire product development team, involve in all the product development activities and interact with other departments
- Seek to understand and satisfy our customers needs and problems
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience of Full-stack development. Strong experience in backend and web app development
- Understand deeply and use these technologies effectively: javascript, typescript, node.js, and react
- Experience in Next.js is a big plus
- Familiar with popular relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Elasticsearch is a big plus
- Have extensive experience with Docker, Microservices and Event Queue or Pub/Sub architectures, ex: Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Hands on experience with Cloud providers such as AWS, Azure or GCP
- Good understanding of computer science fundamentals, such as Algorithms and Data Structures
