We currently work with about 200 developers and with 2 offices in Danang City and Hanoi Capital.
Job Description
Backend:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs using Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., NestJS)
- Implement robust and efficient database solutions (relational and non-relational)
- Optimize backend performance and scalability to handle high traffic volumes
- Implement caching strategies for improved performance
- Utilize design patterns and clean code principles to deliver maintainable and scalable code
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues efficiently
Frontend:
- Develop user interfaces using React and related libraries (e.g., Tailwind CSS)
- Manage state effectively utilizing React hooks and context API
- Implement efficient data fetching and manipulation techniques
- Optimize frontend performance for a smooth user experience
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility
- Collaborate with designers to translate design mockups into functional component
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer
- Strong understanding of both backend and frontend technologies (mentioned above)
- Proficient in object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns
- Experience with deployment tools and processes (e.g., Docker)
- Experience with testing frameworks and unit testing best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Bonus Points:
- Experience with additional frameworks/libraries (e.g., RxJS, TypeScript)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Passion for building innovative and user-friendly web applications
