Role Overview
As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a critical role in evolving our cutting-edge insurance software solutions. This position calls for a versatile developer who is adept in both front-end and back-end technologies. You will work alongside a global, cross-functional team, driving the development of new features and ensuring the highest code quality through rigorous testing and peer reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Feature Development:Design, build, and optimize new features and functionalities for our SaaS platform to meet the dynamic needs of our clients.
- Collaboration:Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate user needs into robust, scalable software solutions.
- Code Quality:Engage in thorough code reviews, adhere to established coding standards, and perform comprehensive unit and integration testing.
- Problem Solving:Quickly identify and resolve software bugs and vulnerabilities to enhance platform reliability and security.
- Continuous Learning:Keep abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies to continually refine and update our software practices and tools.
Job Requirement:
- Experience:
- Minimum4 years to 8 years as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating your expertise withNodeJS and SaaS applications.
- Middle: 4 years
- Senior: 6 years
- Leader: 8 years
- Technical Proficiency:Advanced skills inNodeJS, VueJS, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, and proficiency in Typescript.
- Cloud Platforms:Experience with major cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and a solid understanding of scalable application architecture.
- Testing Acumen:Proven track record in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and extensive experience with various testing libraries.
- Security Focus:In-depth understanding of web security protocols and compliance standards essential for secure software development.
- Agile Experience:Familiarity with agile methodologies and comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
