This role requires working during US business hours (New York timezone - Eastern Standard Time, GMT-5) during probation, with flexibility to transition to local timezone hours after probation.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and Node.js.
- Collaborate on migrating legacy systems to modern, decoupled architectures.
- Implement backend services and RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
- Integrate cloud services and utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in PHP and Node.js.
- Solid experience with API development and integration.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in modern PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
- Familiarity with JavaScript and TypeScript is a plus.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture and Git CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks like ReactJS is a bonus.
