Job Description
The successful candidate will report to BOD and perform the following responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring the production of furniture meets quality standards, production targets, and customer specifications.
- Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
- Optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime through effective planning, resource allocation, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure the adherence to lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Oversee quality control processes, ensuring that all furniture products meet or exceed customer specifications and regulatory standards.
- Develop and manage the plant's annual budget, monitoring expenses to meet or exceed financial goals.

- Implement systems for ongoing quality assessments, inspections, and corrective actions.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of work experience at senior management in manufacturing of Furniture.
- Knowledge of high-end Furniture from Panels and Solidwood.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience in budget management, cost control, and financial forecasting.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, plant operations, and quality control standards.
