Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and maintain gameplay systems that achieve a fulfilling flow state, addictive game loops, and a risk/reward balance.
- Develop the storyline, characters, back-stories, and dialogue, through scripts and storyboards, including relevant research needed to achieve this.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (such as game design documents, design outlines, diagrams, and visual mockups) that details the triggers, interactions, and subsequent events of specific features or aspects of gameplay.
- Iterating, play-testing, and analyzing user feedback and social metrics to adjust gameplay and design to continuously push the boundaries of the games design and feature set.
- Support in analyzing feature performance and take ownership to identify improvements.
- Understand business and players needs and provide well-informed decisions.
- Identify and solve challenges met through the production cycle, ensuring design decisions are clearly communicated to the team.
- Work closely with Game Developers and Game Artists to implement and optimize the player interface.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of game design, including game mechanics, level design, level layouts, drawing maps, architecture, UI/UX, and other design areas related to game level design.
- Able to develop monetization plan for new game as well as to review and upgrade existing monetization plan.
- Must be highly creative, possess strong imagination, and have storytelling ability.
- Excellent written English and verbal communication skills.
- A good understanding of game design principles and player psychology.
- A gamer that is updated with gaming market trends.
- An understanding of marketing in the game industry, especially in mobile games industry.
- Able to perform basic market research on game ideas for factors such as originality and competitor.
- Ability to create advanced mock-ups/flows/prototypes to showcase new concepts & ideas.
- A natural curiosity and eagerness to explore new ideas.
Knowledge & Experience:
- At least 3 year of experience in a Game Designer role.
- Game Engine (Unity 3D, Unreal Engine, and/or other mainstream game engines).
- Jira & Bug Tracking Software.
- Basic knowledge of crypto and NFT in full scope (from setting up until trading) is a plus
