Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  1. After receiving PO from Sales, input order into ERP system
  2. Communicating to Head office, Buyer & Supplier & Factory to solve all matters from development until shipment.
  3. Process for Sample development, work with related departments.
  4. Transfer order to production (Spinning, Knitting, Dyeing, Sewing).
  5. Making purchase order materials/ accessories
  6. Contacting with factories/ Planning team for follow up status of sample process, quality inspections, and order schedules.
  7. Controlling & solving all problems related to orders progress
  8. Follow up the delivery and customers payment
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Bachelors degree in Economics, Garment Technology or relevant major
  2. Good in English communication (prefer candidate can use Japanese)
  3. At least 01 02 years of experience as Knit Garment Merchandiser , know well about yarn, fabric, garment.
  4. Multitasking
