What You'll Be Doing

Internal Accounting:

Manage and ensure all daily financial transactions (including expenses, imports, exports, and accounts receivable and payable) are recorded.
Responsible for internal audit and control to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial activities.
Monitor and track the balance between detailed accounting figures and summaries.
Validates the month end accounts ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the reported results.

Reporting:

Ensure tax reports are prepared in compliance with applicable Tax regulations in Vietnam.
Preparation and ensure accuracy/ legality of VAT, personal income tax (PIT), and corporate income tax (CIT) declarations
Compile reports on the usage of invoices.
Prepare a balance sheet of account balances for the year.
Complete CIT and PIT settlement declarations.
Create financial reports.
Keep updated hand book according to regulations (cash, bank, inventory reports, detailed ledger, etc.).
Perform and submit comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial status reports.
Generate internal reports as requested by management.
Coordinate with other departments to achieve common objectives and ensure timely completion according to the plan.
