Responsibilities
- Update and control sponsored amounts
- Check accounting on the accounting book number system
- Create a credit file with the bank
- Prepare cost analysis reports and propose cost control solutions
- Financial statements
- Prepare reports on VAT, CIT, statistics, etc.
- Update and disseminate tax policies
- Work with Tax authorities
- Support Chief Accountant in budget preparation
- Support Chief Accountant in preparing tax finalization
- Support Chief Accountant in establishing processes
Qualifications
- Graduated from university or college majoring in finance and accounting
- Understanding of commercial accounting
- 2 years experience in general accounting
- Experience in distribution accounting and operations of the fast-moving consumer goods industry
- Experience in making financial reports, cost analysis reports, and accounting
- Experience in making VAT and CIT reports, handling accounting situations, and understanding tax policies
- Careful, diligent, precise
- Good communication skills with departments and teammates
- Teamwork skills, spirit of supporting and guiding teammates
- Ability to quickly come up with solutions to problems
- Able to withstand work pressure, willing to work overtime to complete the job
- Proficient in using office computers: excel, word
- Have experience using accounting software and ERP
- Level: Medium
- Read, write, speak English
