Role Description

This is a full-time role as a General Manager at THE VIGO in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, develop business strategies, and ensure the company meets its goals. This role requires on-site presence and involves leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, staff leadership, and strategic planning
• Knowledge of cosmeceuticals, beauty technology, or related industries
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages
• Bachelor's degree or master's in business administration, Management, or related field
