An international investment firm is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to facilitate the success of global projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discussions with senior and mid-level managers across countries to turn concepts into executable plans.
- Partner with leaders to define project priorities and execution plans
- Convert strategy into actionable tasks, overseeing goal setting, performance, and operational planning.
- Continuously evaluate project performance to identify areas for enhancement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to get required resources for multiple project teams, including technology tools, human and budget.
- Keep thorough project documentation and report on progress and risks to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, or quantitative finance
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership with at least 15 years of working experience
- Managing global projects with teams of over 40 people
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experience overseeing projects from inception to completion, particularly in data analytics products or AI/ ML
- Experience in the quantitative or finance sectors is advantageous.
- Using statistics in project management methodologies
