In this role, you will be responsible for tasks in Global Aftersales Service Division. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including other departments and VINFAST's partners, to create cutting-edge solutions, drive the company's success and to propel our global expansion within the automotive sector/industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Global Inventory Control and Regional Warehouse Management: Oversee global inventory and manage regional warehouses, ensuring stock levels are maintained within the established limits.
• Warehouse Lease Contract Management: Handle contract negotiations, signings, and monitor contract conditions to ensure cost optimization and efficient use of resources.
• Third-Party Warehouse Operations Inspection and Oversight: Inspect and monitor third-party warehouse operations to ensure they comply with all required standards and regulations.
• 24-Hour Spare Parts Supply Tracking and Oversight: Track and verify the 24-hour spare parts supply indicators, ensuring timely fulfillment of parts requests to support efficient after-sales operations.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics, particularly in the after-sales field.
• Ability to work well under high pressure and effectively handle complex situations.
• Proficient in SAP, DMS, and similar warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and supervisory skills to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to standards.
