Position: QA manager
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the establishment of the company's quality control system and tracking and handling of various quality problems that arise.
- Improve product reliability, reliability, and quality, thereby comprehensively improving product quality.
- Responsible for the implementation of the ISO system, IQC, IPQC and OQC management.
- Promote and implement the QA management system and building training plan related to the quality system.
- In charge of the internal audit work and external certification(included brand customer audit), supervise and manage the effectiveness of TQM implementation.
- Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the document management center and the planning of customer service quality assurance procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Vietnamsese, fluent in English communicating ability
- 5+ years relevant work experience in textile industry
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
