, Job Description
ART DIRECTION AND BRAND CONSISTENCY:
- Audit, monitor, and maintain brand creative guidelines to uphold consistent branding across all design projects and the organization's visual touchpoints.
- Ensure that all the design deliveries adhere to the company policies and industry standards.
- Advise stakeholders on audience insights, graphic design specifications, and compelling visual solutions.
GRAPHIC DESIGN DELIVERY:
- Hands-on working together with design team members to deliver high-quality graphic designs that meet the expectations of the requestor and target audience, including but not limited to social/digital/printing graphics, illustrations, advertisements, brochures, and other forms of visuals according to branded campaigns and communications purposes.
- Assist, provide creative direction or reference, feedback, and support stakeholders in choosing the appropriate style, graphics, images, and other visual elements.
TALENT MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT:
- Team's workload, resources, and competencies management.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor subordinate graphic designers on the job to enhance their design competencies and stay updated on global design trends.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and practical experiences sharing to nurture the team's creativity and innovation; foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages growth, learning, and career opportunities.
, Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.
- Minimum five years of proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design delivery, with at least two years at the management level. Proficiency in design software and tools.
- A strong passion for producing creative visuals and a solid understanding of corporate communications principles & tactics.
- A creative eye for aesthetics, including colors and typography, with the ability to translate imaginative ideas into compelling design language. Experience collaborating with designers and various stakeholders, from initial concept development to final production.
- Growth-centric, resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work. Intercultural awareness and a global mindset can work effectively in diverse environments.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
