Key Responsibilities:
1. Media Design & Branding:
- Design digital media (such as social media content, website, E-com platform, online advertising) and print media (including POSM, brand identity elements, packaging, product design, and billboards) utilizing both in-house assets and materials sourced from regional brand guidelines.
- Translating campaign ideas into key visuals, social media assets and offline materials.
- Ensure the coherence of brand identity and produce visually cohesive assets in accordance with brand standards across various customer touchpoints.
- Stay abreast of industry design trends, acquire new skills, and propose innovative ideas.
- Effectively communicate and present design concepts with strong verbal and visual communication skills.
2. Internal Design & Branding:
- Work closely with all departments to devise visual strategies and produce high-quality materials tailored to the specific needs of each department.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Administration, and People teams to strategize and create internal branding materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Art, or related field.
- 3+ years of graphic design experience.
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Ilustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe Flash,..
- Passion for exploring in the lastest design/tech trends.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs
- Strong conceptual thinking and artistic skills, UX/UI design.
- Electronic Technology, Audio knowledge is a plus.
