We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Head of Growth Marketing to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible to the Head of Marketing, co-generate digital marketing strategy
- Social Media: Overseeing and implementing new strategies.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): supporting SEO & Keyword Research, managing & updating company website content.
- Content Marketing: Developing & managing content in the marketing materials and sale driven campaigns.
- Research: Providing market research on customers and competitors.
- Catching up with new technologies and keeping the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Responsible for all corporate communication activities both internally and externally.
- Work out a corporate communication plan taking into account the business context at the regional & local level and supervise execution thereof.
- Support manager to build an executive profile, Interact with CEO and other members of the Top Leadership team to get direction, and updated information about business performance, corporate activities for relevant communication.
- Compose CEO speeches, quotes, and Q&A documents for corporate events.
- Create and manage content for corporate publications (internal newsflash, newsletter, magazines) and corporate websites.
- Manage the corporate communication budget.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Above 5 years of experience in sales/marketing for B2B in international markets, preferably working experience in technology companies or having passion in tech.
- Bachelor degree in Economic/Marketing/Business or equivalence.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Office, Email, Internet and some marketing tools.
- Highly committed, self-motivated and collaborative with a willingness to learn.
- Able to make quick decisions.
- Strategic, organized, and structured thought process.
