Key Responsibilities

  • Market research & launch MVP
  • Continuously conduct market research and user analysis to stay updated on market trends
  • Collaborate with the product team to launch MVP & deliver feedback loop to continuously build and enhance the product
  • Develop the product that caters to both domestic and international markets
  • Develop and implement suitable GTM & marketing strategies to reach product-market fit
  • Grow LeanBase globally
  • Responsible for launching LeanBase in both Vietnam and Global markets
  • Leadership & Management
  • Build a strong marketing team with growth mindset
  • Train and enhance the working capacity of employees

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, with 3 years of experience in Marketing in either the Vietnamese or Global market.
  • Experience working with SaaS products or marketing to a specific line of business, marketing productivity tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and confidently collaborate with product stakeholders and sales support.
  • Analytical/data-driven mindset and strong quantitative skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English.
