Location work: 54 Lotte Center Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi.

Time work: Monday Friday

Job Summary:

1. Marketing campaign Execution:

Assist Marketing Manager (MM) in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels.

Coordinate with NTW brand teams for alignment on brand guidelines before execution.

Coordinate with internal (Sales, Trade, Channel Operations...) and external (agencies, suppliers) stakeholders to develop plans (consumer and retailer support) and ensure timely campaign delivery.

Monitor and report the performance of campaigns, propose adjustments if needed.

2. Brand performance management:

Assist MM in monthly brand performance analysis (sales, share, distribution...) by coordinating with CI team.

3. Trade and Channel Development:

Coordinate with Sales team and Trade/Channel team to ensure the successful rollout of in-store promotions and point-of-sale materials.

4. Innovation:

Assist MM to develop innovation networks from idea to post-launch evaluation according to SPVB process by coordinating with cross-functions.

5. Administrative tasks:

Track budgets and process invoices.

Handle contracts related to marketing activities.

Requirements:

University graduation in marketing, economics or related fields

At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG industry.

Good at project management, communication and organizational skills.

Good at using English on daily basis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and have knowledge of using Power BI.

Familiar with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Good analytical skills to support data analysis for brand performance management.

A pro-active, responsible, creative, and detailed-oriented mindset.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
