JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruitment:
- Receive recruitment requests and proactively make recruitment plans.
- Post jobs, search for candidate sources through recruitment channels
- Update and manage candidate information files, filter candidate profiles, and coordinate interview arrangements.
- Participate in interviewing candidates with specialized departments.
- Handle newhires process
- Periodically report/analyze recruitment results and propose work process improvements to ensure work efficiency.
- Prepare payment documents for recruitment-related benefits.
2. Communication:
- Participate in building channels and social platforms to promote personnel images and attract candidates such as Fan page, TikTok
- Plan monthly recruitment communications
- Design images and videos for recruitment
- Participate in organizing activities/events related to recruitment (job fair, seminars,...).
- Promote and develop relationships with labor supply units (Universities, Colleges, labor supply units, employment centers...).
- Carry out periodic progress and communication effectiveness reports
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated from University or higher (Major: Human resource management, labor economics, Law, English language, business administration or related fields).
- 6 months or more experience in a similar position.
- Have basic image and video design skills
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in mass recruitment/business sector/have experience working in the BPO field
- Have knowledge about building, developing and reserving resources
- Proficient in using office information software.
- Having English communication is an advantage.
