Our client, a technology corporation, is looking for top- notch candidates to join their firm:
- Work directly with Japanese clients through a Bridge Engineer: communicate, negotiate, receive requests, analyze project requirements, and convey them to the project team.
- Actively participate in the BU's key projects.
- Oversee all aspects of the software development project lifecycle according to established procedures.
- Contribute to the development of healthcare projects for Japanese clients.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, the project team, and other departments, and be accountable for reporting on assigned tasks.
- Proactively provide solutions in the event of risks, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project quality.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of project quality upon completion.
- Build project teams, provide training, and develop team members to improve their capabilities and efficiency.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the Management Board.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in project management or as a Business Requirement Specialist (BrSE).
- Proficient in Japanese (N2 level or above).
- Experience managing teams of 10 or more members.
- 4+ years of programming experience.
- Knowledge and experience in software development processes and project management.
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Trello.
- Knowledge and experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Ability to lead, manage, and develop team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
