You will working at the newest O2O e-commerce platform at Viet Nam. English Chinese Vietnamese spoken. You will lead customer service team and provide the best customer service to our customer.
YOUR SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Team leader experience: 2 years, team size from 5
Experience with:e-commerce
Monitor and improve processes to improve KPIs, customer experience, and work productivity
Proactive at solve problem, Collaborate with other groups / departments to achieve business goals
Develop training plans for your team members.
Forecast of daily workload and peak time, plan to complete backlog but still maintain KPIs
English or Chinese: fluently
