AI Solution Architect
About the Role:
The AI Solutions Architectis an expert in charge of leading the high level architect of the whole pipeline of product, including designing, describing, and managing tech engineering for the product of Computer Vision Platform that connects to a huge camera system.

Job Description:
- Finding the best tech solution to connect to a huge real-time camera system, design AI flow to process on those data (real-time video), both on cloud and on premise.
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models, specializing in the field of Computer Vision.
- Handle and optimize large-scale model training tasks, including streaming video data from thousands of cameras.
- Build and optimize data processing pipelines using technologies such as Deepstream and Triton.
- Integrate and manage real-time data processing systems using Kafka.
- Optimize models and perform quantization to reduce computational resources while maintaining model performance.
- Set up and manage monitoring systems using Prometheus and Grafana to track performance and detect anomalies.
- Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) to ensure continuous development and rapid model deployment.
- Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of AI model environments on cloud platforms.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Computer Vision and AI/ML model training.
- Experience working with Deepstream and Triton for deploying models in production environments.
- Proficiency in handling large-scale video streaming data from multiple sources (thousands of cameras).
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and transmission.
- Expertise in Model Optimization and Quantization to improve model efficiency across different hardware platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying and managing AI systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for deploying models in cloud environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of AI/ML system design, especially MLOps, to build scalable and efficient systems.
- Experience in handling and managing large databases related to video data and metadata.
- Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
