ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Senior Associate/ Assistant Manager, Investment Management who will assist Investment Managers to evaluate real estate investment opportunities. The role requires minimum of 3 to 4 years experience in real estate or investment-related roles.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Assist Investment Managers to evaluate real estate investment opportunities.
- Run feasibility study, perform comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence of potential M&A deals.
- Prepare investment deal pitches and deliver presentations to management team/investment committee.
- Liaise with and management of third-party advisors such as partners, brokers, lawyers, etc. to build sustainable and mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Keep M&A team abreast of competitors and market opportunities across Vietnam and asset classes.
- Any other tasks by Head of Investment.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in real estate or investment-related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Actuarial Science, or other relevant/equivalent certifications.
- CFA, MRICS, ACCA, CPA, FRM, or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- A bonus will be given to those who have completed modules of Vietnamese law, including Enterprise law, Investment law, Land law, etc.
- Excellent financial modelling skills required, as well as excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- A high degree of initiative, professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, adept problem-solving abilities, and good business sense preferred.
