We are looking for a high-caliber candidate who shares our enthusiasm and vision, as well as brings its business to the next level. Particularly, he/she will be responsible for:
- Setting our commercial strategy for TrueMoney, TrueMoney Vay (TFS) in Vietnam, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Relentlessly driving operational excellence in all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, and business development in short, the entire P/L responsibility.
- Innovating in ways relevant specifics, e.g. product innovation, or marketing innovation.
- Fostering cross-functional collaboration and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Responsible for setting financial planning for respective projects.
- Responsible for overall operational efficiency and effectiveness enhancement planning and management
- Navigating through the regulatory and public landscape.
The ideal candidate will ultimately, the successful candidate will build a scalable, high growth business that will account for a significant portion of True Money and TrueMoney Vay business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and communicate the company's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with the Co-Presidents, Country Managing Director/CEO, and stakeholders.
- Effectively disseminate the strategic vision to local teams, fostering a shared understanding and commitment to achieving organizational objectives.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence across all facets of the organization, encompassing sales, marketing, operations, and business development.
- Implement a robust operating rhythm and develop scalable processes to ensure sustainable growth and efficiency.
- Manage and supervise all related teams by establishing objectives, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with organization goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that enhance brand recognition and generate qualified leads.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. Oversee the commercial budget and provide revenue projections. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and develop the commercial team with great care and attention, fostering a culture that values high performance and mutual respect.

III. EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with operations - such as field sales management, back-office operations (financial, business support, logistics operations). Lending business is an advantage.
- Experience managing a tech-driven business - has a basic understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.
- Experience working in a financially regulated environment. Has basic to advanced understanding of risk and compliance functions.
- Experience managing mid to large-sized businesses and experience in influencing senior (management) teams.
