Our client is a leading bank who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Engage in the subsequent credit tasks: (i) Market to attract new corporate/commercial clients and bolster relationships with existing clients; (ii) Ensure timely processing of approved loans by aiding in legal documentation if required; (iii) Monitor and stimulate increased use of existing facilities provided.
- Evaluate periodically achieved performance against the efforts invested in the credit mentioned above tasks.
- Monitor the pattern of problematic accounts and take swift action to prevent issues when necessary.
- Pursue timely actions to recover doubtful accounts to decrease the Non-Performing Loan (NPL) ratio.
- Guarantee the prompt renewal of agreements.
- Provide guidance and coaching to credit staff through on-the-job training and various internal or external courses.
- Ensure staff members receive appropriate compensation and rewards based on their performance.
- Continuously solicit client feedback regarding the products and services offered, seeking avenues for further improvement.
- Offer continuous support and guidance to address any inquiries or concerns regarding the implementation of strategies.
- Cultivate transparent communication channels to facilitate discussions and clarifications on matters related to strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a field pertinent to banking and finance
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in credit and marketing endeavors. Field of Expertise/Related Area: Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics
- Fluency in English
