Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of software engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.
Technical Oversight & Strategy
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and maintainable software systems.
- Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and industry best practices.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance product capabilities and performance.
Project Management
- Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and tasks to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong solution architecture and consulting skills.
- Proven experience in building and scaling global SaaS products.
- Strong ML and AI experience, particularly in applying these technologies to enhance product capabilities.
- Expertise in software development and integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with the latest AI technology and design integration to enhance products.
- Proficiency with a robust tech stack: JAVA, Spring, ReactJS, AWS, DevOps.
